PE Kit

Prior to opening in 2019 our pupils, parents and staff participated in creating the PE kit for Bertha Park.  

In the interest of health and hygiene, pupils should bring the following change of clothing for Physical Education and Extra Curricular Clubs.   

• Grey school logo PE t-shirt OR a plain grey t-shirt  
• Black school logo hoodie or plain black hoodie/ sports top  
• Black shorts or track suit bottoms or black sport specific leggings  
• trainers suitable for the activity – clean for indoor activities  

Bertha Park hooded tops will be ordered twice a year by the school. This will be communicated via email and assembly. Please note that these should only be worn for PE or extra-curricular clubs and are not part of the school uniform.  

School uniform (jumpers/trousers/shirts) should not be worn during PE.   

Pupils should always arrive at school and leave school in full school uniform, except for those participating in an extra-curricular club.  
 
Branded PE kit is, of course, not essential but we find most pupils opt for it. 

PE kit can be purchased either, online at www.stevensons.co.uk, or from Stevensons. 
Both options will allow you to purchase the grey dri-fit PE t-shirt with school logo. They also stock black track pants, leggings and shorts for your convenience if you require these and want to get everything in one place. When you visit their website you will be asked to register before being able to see the stock available for Bertha Park High School.  
 
Some of our pupils are involved in several extra-curricular clubs, the Bertha Saints programme, Bertha Eagles Rugby, Performance PE, Refereeing and NPA Sport and fitness next year on top of their regular PE classes. For this reason, it is encouraged that those pupils consider additional kit to allow them to be prepared for this increase in demand.
